The 6.4 inches Super AMOLED display has an impressive Quad HD+ 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution that packs a 516 ppi density and HDR support.
Hardware and Software
There is no need to worry about the device overheating, as it sports a Water Carbon Cooling System to help during heavy usage. As usual, the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 has a variant. Though, the Note 9, features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, while the ones in Europe, Africa and Middle East sports the Exynos 9810 chipset. The latter come with a Mali-G72 MP18 GPU, while the former comes with an Adreno 630 GPU for graphical support. Samsung Galaxy Note 9 base model features a 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. While the variant features a humongous 8GB RAM and 512GB internal storage. It doesn’t end there, there is an external memory support of 512GB which sums up to 1TB available storage. It boots from Android 8.1 Oreo with Samsung Experience User Interface.
Camera and Battery
Camera-wise, you can say that the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is an upgrade of the Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. Unlike the former, the Note 9’s camera has an algorithm that can identify 20 different scenes to be able to improve the captured image. There is also a Flaw detection that allows you re-take the image if the picture turns out to be blurred or the person’s eye’s closed. This dual 12MP camera comes with an improved UI, dual aperture and Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). At the front, you have an 8MP camera that can take selfies in low-light conditions.
Samsung Galaxy Note 9 has a 4000 mAh battery for power. The battery doesn’t even take time to charge, because it has a Quick Charge feature and Qi wireless charging.
